What we collect.

We may collect the following information: Name, Contact information including email address, demographic information such as postcode and preferences. 

 

What we do with the information.

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service. Any information that you provide and share with us stays strictly confidential and is used only within our company for processing your enquiry – we will not contact you unless it is in direct connection with your booking/enquiry. We do not share information about our clients with anyone or any other entity. In addition to this, Stone Soda does not currently store, and does not intend to store, financial details (credit or debit card numbers).

How long your information will be stored. 

We will store your information on secure computer software for no longer than three years. If you wish to have your information removed sooner please do so in writing.
